Mortgage Rate Curveball
Mortgage rates spiked up to 4% range depending on your credit score…not good for buyers or sellers. I am watching this trend closely as it could affect home prices in the future. Watch the video for deals.

We are still having a supply problem; there still aren’t enough homes for sale. The demand is still stable even though interest rates are ticking up. The experts predict this will change, and we move into the 2nd quarter of 2022.
