We have a Better Way!
As we move forward through this pandemic, we need a better plan. The goal is to keep everyone safe, offer alternatives to buyers shopping virtually, and offer better-targeted marketing to qualified buyers. The plan also needs to include a marketing plan that separates you from the competition, offers exposure and influence, re-target buyers using High Tech Digital Marketing, so they see the value of your property and willing to pay TOP 💰. Technology has caused a lot of disruptions
As wonderful as tech is, it has also caused issues in real estate, and unfortunately, it has not benefited the consumer. What started out as a simple quest; I wanted to know how Amazon could target me with ads on products I viewed online. How could I take that same technology and boost my client’s exposure and influence potential buyers on platforms like Facebook and Google? How could I guarantee my clients based on my marketing and advertising efforts they’re receiving TOP 💰 for their property?
Well, mission accomplished! With 100’s of hours of intense training, I have built a platform from scratch that can do just that. I am a Web & Facebook Developer and Certified in Facebook Ads. Working on Certification on all Google Platforms as well. My marketing platform (metrodetroithomeexperts.com), is owned and copy-written by myself at Team Tag It Sold.
Part of our success is we are using Google to host our website, we added special tracking codes in our headers and footers. More importantly, we have built-in Schema Markup which enables us as webmasters to embed code to improve structured data on the web. This will help Buyers find your property and more importantly us finding them. We have provided details below regarding our Real Estate High Tech Digital Marketing. It wasn’t as easy as I thought and yet, I can now offer my clients the same web marketing strategies as Amazon.
The Elephant in the Room
I’ve heard several complaints from Home Owners frustrated after their home Didn’t Sell. “Truth” – Most of our Real Estate training is to SELL YOU …not how to sell real estate for top dollar. Forget high tech computer training regarding marketing and advertising. What about storytelling and copy-writing? Yep, that’s missing too. Instead, we get pounded by 3rd party companies offering us the next best thing in Real Estate Tech charging us thousand per month. Tech changes daily and you need to change with it. They can’t offer what I do, it would be too expensive, and they pick and choose what they feel is relevant to their services and bottom-line. Most websites are built in WordPress, and the cost to add and maintain the important Widgets would be too costly. Does It Work?
Yes, I know there are lots of mega agents that make a lot of money this way. Spending thousands of dollars a month buying leads on Zillow or using an expensive 3rd party software. I could spend 4 hours on the phone calling homeowners after their Home Didn’t Sell or For Sale by Owners. I could walk a neighborhood with door hangers or Cold Call. There are so many hours in a day for me to schedule between Prospecting and Selling.
I made the decision I wanted Sellers and Buyers to get to know me and how I think. I run an Influence Business model utilizing High Tech Digital Marketing, which includes Selling for Top 💰 and prospecting for Seller and Buyers. If it doesn’t benefit you then why waste the time. My daily schedule consists of; education, copy-writing relevant information that I post in my TIPS, coding, marketing, advertising, communication, and analytics. We no longer have an exposure problem.
What I’m seeing now we have a Range and Exposure problem, let me explain. Range = internet, the hardware that is used, and Exposure = IDX (Data Exchange from the Multiple Listing Service) that’s how Zillow and Realtor. com receives their information when they post on their websites. With so much raw data flooding their platforms, they can manipulate the information that best serves them and not you. Have you ever noticed when you are searching on their platform, they are showing homes that have sold or off-market and no longer available? Those homes received a high click rate, so they keep them in the active mix.
When a buyer has an interest and asks for more information, they can sell that lead to a real estate agent. We call this “Click Bait”. With so many homes on the internet to view the only thing that is going to separate you from your competition is PRICE 😤 Now, if you add Influence, we can separate you from the competition, market to buyers that see the value, and you’re no longer competing with your competition for PRICE! 🥰 We have developed a plan we can re-target buyers that have searched either on the internet or found homes on Facebook. Have you ever shopped on Amazon, or clicked an Amazon product and that item shows up everywhere you do when searching the internet? We can do the same.
We Have A Proven Plan
This is my 3rd Recession in Real Estate and I have a road map and a proven plan to sell real estate for top dollar. I sold homes during the “Crash of 08” without my clients giving their homes away. I did very well financially without loading my business model with Short Sales and Bank Foreclosures. As a Web Developer, we can track everything because we built to code in your header and footer to track. For example, your Custom Property Website is given an embedded coded to track. When I send out Custom Emails, Property Blast, Open House Info, Facebook, or Google Ads… each one of those marketing efforts either has an embedded code or a link so we can track interest. As soon as the link or a landing page is opened, I can start to gather audience intelligence and measure performances.
